This Privacy Policy describes how Sunny (“we,” “our,” or “the app”) handles your information. Sunny is a light meter application for iPhone. We built Sunny to respect your privacy: it is designed to work entirely on your device.

Information We Collect

Sunny does not collect, store, or transmit any personal information. The app does not require an account, and we do not operate servers that receive your data.

Camera Access

Sunny requests access to your device’s camera solely to measure light and calculate exposure readings in real time. Camera data is processed live on your device and is never recorded, stored, or sent anywhere unless you explicitly choose to save a reading or photo to your own device.

Photo Library

If you choose to save a reading or image, it is stored in your device’s photo library or local storage under your control. We do not access your photo library without your action.

Purchases

Sunny offers in-app purchases. All transactions are processed by Apple through your App Store account. We do not collect, see, or store your payment information; it is handled entirely by Apple in accordance with Apple’s Privacy Policy.

Analytics & Third Parties

Sunny does not include third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking SDKs. Apple may collect aggregate, anonymized statistics about app usage and crashes through its standard App Store and operating system services, in accordance with Apple’s Privacy Policy. We do not receive personally identifiable information from these services.

Children’s Privacy

Sunny is not directed to children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect any information from children.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Last updated” date.
