These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Sunny (“the app”), a light meter application for iPhone. By downloading or using Sunny, you agree to these Terms.
License
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Sunny on Apple devices that you own or control, in accordance with the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions and these Terms.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the app, except where permitted by law.
- Use the app for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable regulations.
- Resell, redistribute, or sublicense the app.
Purchases & Subscriptions
Sunny offers in-app purchases. All purchases are processed by Apple through your App Store account, and payment is charged to that account at confirmation. We do not collect or store your payment details. Any subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; you can manage or cancel purchases in your App Store account settings. Refunds are handled solely by Apple in accordance with the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions.
Light Meter Readings
Sunny provides light and exposure readings for informational and creative purposes. While we strive for accuracy, readings are estimates and may vary based on your device’s hardware and conditions. You are responsible for verifying exposure settings for your own work, and we are not liable for results based on the app’s readings.
Disclaimer of Warranties
The app is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the app.
Changes to These Terms
We may revise these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
